We invite you to join us on this 6 day Tanzania Luxury safari tour, which will include visits to three of the most famous national parks in Tanzania: Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. As well as offering a wide variety of wildlife viewing opportunities, game drives in the parks also offer you the chance to see the Big Five, which include lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinoceroses. You will also have the opportunity to witness the great wildebeest migration during June and July. While you are in the parks, you will stay in luxury lodges during your stay.
Itinerary
We will pick you up after breakfast from the Kibo Palace Hotel and take you to Tarangire National Park for game drive with a picnic lunch. The first thing you do upon arrival in the park is to go on a game drive to see wild animals. There is no better place to see elephant herds than in this elephant paradise. The park is also home to buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, antelope, gazelle, and hundreds of bird species. Check-in at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge after your game drive, have dinner, and spend the night there. Based on a full board basis.
After an early breakfast, we'll prepare for a big day of exploration and adventure!
Our day begins with a scenic drive toward the Serengeti. You may be lucky enough to see Cape buffalo, baboons, elephants, leopards, or even a leopard in the dense undergrowth as we drive through the mist-shrouded rainforests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
It's time to explore the Serengeti itself after enjoying a delicious lunch at the picnic area of the Serengeti National Park. Enjoy the stunning savannah landscapes of Africa and observe the abundance of wildlife.
Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge
During our day in the Serengeti National Park, we spend the majority of our time exploring the park. As long as we are aware of your preferences, we are able to tailor the day's activities accordingly.
A safari guide will discuss the best timing for you every day, including when to wake up and when to go on game drives. It is possible to do a morning game drive and return to the camp for lunch and relaxation, followed by an afternoon game drive, or to do a full-day picnic lunch game drive.
A very early wake-up is recommended for a morning game drive (when animals are more active) and to see one of the most spectacular sunrises you'll ever see. Following the game drive, we will return to the camp for a rewarding brunch, and then we will tour the 8th wonder of the natural world, the Ngorongoro Crater.
Today, we will explore the Ngorongoro Crater, the perfect place to observe the "Big Five" (elephant, rhinoceros, buffalo, lion, and leopard). One of Africa's most stunning places is the Ngorongoro Crater and its surrounding hills. Volcanic craters provide stunning backdrops to some of Africa's most fertile grazing land. It covers 260 square kilometers and is 610 meters deep. Afterwards, we will drive back Lake Manyara Serena Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
Leaving after breakfast, we will head to Lake Manyara, where elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impala, waterbuck, and warthogs are all found along the ramps of the escarpment. It is home to healthy lions known for their tree climbing pranks among its broken forests and escarpment, as well as large troops of baboons. Manyara National Park is a popular bird watching destination because there are several species of birds within the park, including the bar-tailed trogon and silver-cheeked hornbill.
Later on drive back to Arusha.
