Itinerary
The day begins with a game drive in Tarangire National Park followed by a picnic lunch.
The park is mostly covered by Acacia woodlands and giant African Baobab trees, with large swampy areas to the south. During Tanzania's dry season, both the river and swamps attract wild animals. Elephant herds are reputedly found in Tarangire National Park.
Also found here are the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, and a few Ashy Starlings.
The next day, we travel to the Serengeti National Park via Karatu and Ngorongoro Conservation Area, through beautiful, high-lying farmland. After leaving the mountains behind, we descend into the heart of Africa, the Serengeti National Park, a vast expanse of plains that extend into infinity.
Our first stop is the Seronera area in the central park, one of the most abundant wildlife habitats in the Serengeti, which is home to the Seronera River, which provides the area with a valuable source of water, thus drawing wildlife from all over the Serengeti.
Breakfast, a full-day game drive in the park, lunch at the campsite, wildebeest migration, eland, wild dog, gazelle, crocodile and more can be seen in the park. You will also enjoy the sounds of different birds in the park.
Have an early breakfast, have a morning game drive, and then depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area on the way there, taking part in game drives along the way.
After breakfast, you will embark on a game drive within the crater. There are a lot of animals in the Ngorongoro Crater. Some of Tanzania's last remaining black rhinos can be found in the crater, which is home to an estimated 30,000 animals. Among the animals that live in the crater are herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippopotami, and giant African elephants. Wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthogs, warthogs, and hippos have grazing grounds in this crater throughout the year. This scenic national park is also known for its huge population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards.
Later on drive to karatu for Dinner and Overnight at Fig Tree Campsite
Breakfast in the morning, followed by a game drive at Lake Manyara. This park is home to many species of wildlife, including some of Africa’s largest elephant populations, lions which climb trees, zebras, buffalos, giraffes, baboons, warthogs, and flocks of flamingos attracted by the lake’s algae.
Later on drive back to Arusha for Overnight or Drop-off at the Airport
