Large elephant herds are common, especially in Tarangire, which has the highest density of elephants and buffaloes in all of northern Tanzania. Buffaloes, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, impalas, dik diks, leopards, gazelles, elands, hartebeests, and many other creatures may be found in this park. The Tarangire national park, the largest of all parks in Tanzania, contains approximately 550 different bird species in addition to uncommon mammals like oryx and gerenuk.
Finally, the 2 days Budget Group Safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater brings you to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a large expanse of highland plains, savanna, savanna woods, and forests that is a designated world heritage site. Itinerary
After breakfast, we start our 2 Day Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire Safari by travelling to Tarangire National Park for a game drive and packed lunch. The park is famous for having the greatest number of elephants, cat families, bird species, and Baobab trees. The Fig Tree Campsite will provide dinner and overnight accommodations.
On the last day of your two-day Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire Safari, you'll have an early breakfast before descending into the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's biggest dormant, intact, and unfilled volcano crater. It has a 260-square-kilometer floor area and a depth of about 2000 feet. The 5-hour crater floor game drive will give you with several animal encounters. African elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions abound. Following your picnic lunch beside the beautiful Hippo pool, you'll begin an uphill ascend to the crater's top exit and return to Arusha.
